Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

This type of slow cooker chicken soup takes a few more ingredients but makes a large quantity.

• It’s great for a larger crowd

• It can be frozen in individual containers for up to 1 month

• It still only takes 10 minutes


2-3 cups precooked (mine were grilled) chicken breasts, either shredded or diced

1-2 cups celery, diced Slow Cooker Chicken Soup 2-3 cups mushrooms, sliced

3 cans of any type “cream” soups

2-3 tablespoons chicken flavored “better than bouillon”

1 envelope any type soup mix (mine was chicken mushroom)


1. Combine all the ingredients in your crock pot insert

2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours

3. 15 minutes before serving add salt and pepper to taste

*Tip: If you use whole chicken breasts: 30 minutes before serving remove them from the soup, dice up and return to slow cooker
